We do not accept returns on any personalized items. If the item is not personalized we will issue a refund for the subtotal once we have received the items back. Customers will be responsible to provide shipping for the return.
If any item is damaged, email us with a picture of damaged items. Once confirmed we will ship out a replacement. If something is missing we will send out the missing piece.
If you need to cancel or change your order please email right away. Due to processing time, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been created and shipped no changes/cancellations can be made.
If your package is sent back to us due to incorrect address, you will need to pay for additional shipping before we can reship the item to you.

Every product is made by hand and some orders requires custom work. Besides the selected shipping, the production time could, potentially, take up to 2 weeks.
